Ingredients

  2. 1tomato for puree
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 6curry leaves
  5. 1/2 tablespoonmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tablespoonurad dhal
  7. 1/2 tablespoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  9. 2 tablespooncoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tablespoonjeera powder
  11. 2 tablespoonCooking oil
  12. leavesCoriander
  13. Pancake
  14. Dosa batter

Cooking Instructions

    Take a preheated pan with oil and add mustard seeds urad dhal and Curry leaves. After it sprinkles add finely chopped onions and saute till it becomes translucent. Add tomato puree to it and saute well.

    Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt to taste and saute it well. And some water and allow it to cook in low flame till the oil is out.

    Add coriander leaves after it is cooked. Take a pan and apply the Dosa batter. Add the paste on to it. Cook well on sides.
