Ingredients

  1. 14 ozchicken breast (about 400 grams)
  2. 1 cupgreen beans
  3. 2 tablespoonsPanang curry paste
  4. 5fresh chili peppers
  5. 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  6. 1 tablespoonfish sauce
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce (for marinating the chicken)
  10. 1 tablespoonhoney (for marinating the chicken)

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken breast with soy sauce and honey for 30 minutes.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through, then slice and set aside on a plate.
