Grilled Chicken Breast with Panang Curry Sauce

In a separate pan, add the coconut milk and Panang curry paste. Cook over medium heat, stirring until combined. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add the green beans and stir-fry until just tender. Add the fresh chili peppers, then turn off the heat.
