4 people

1 cuppineapple juice
1/2 cupketchup
1 TBSPsoy sauce (low sodium)
2 TBSPginger paste
2 TBSPcrushed garlic
Dashred pepper flakes (optional)
4pork chops

Heat grill

Whisk first 6 ingredients together

When grill is nice and hot put chops on. Approximately 7-9 each side depending on thickness. Baste chops with glaze.
