Cream ur sugar and butter to fluffy whitish then add ur eggs bit by bit then goes in d flour levels then goes in d flavours,nutmeg,milk,baking powder mixing well then divide into two add food colour to one part and mix then transfer to d pan and bake

For ur whipped cream add ur whipped cream into a bowl add cold water,add milk,and flavour then whipped to be fluffy

Then pipe on ur lovely cuppies and then decorate with ur varieties of sprinkles,chocolate,Oreo etc
