Ingredients

  1. 4idli big size
  2. 2potatoes boiled
  3. 2onion finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. To tastered chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspdry coriander powder
  10. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add heat the oil.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds and roast it.

  3. 3

    Add onion and tomato and saute it.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add boiled and mashed potato and mix well and cook it for one minute.

  6. 6

    Now take the idli and cut into the center.

  7. 7

    Now take the one part of idli and spread the mixture on it and cover it with another part of idli.

  8. 8

    Take a Tava and apply oil and roast it from both side.

  9. 9

    Serve it with ketch up.
