Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsManga Inji
  2. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  3. 2 teaspoonsred chilli powder
  4. 3/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  6. 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  7. PinchHing
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean the manga inji well.Peel the skin of Manga Inji and cut into thin round and small pieces.

    Add salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder to Manga Inji and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now in a small kadhai add oil and once it is hot add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Then add hing.

    Add the mustard seeds to the Manga Inji.Then add lemon juice to it and mix well.Store it in a airtight container.

  5. 5

    Serve the Manga Inji pickle with curd rice.
