  3. 2shredded capsicum
  4. 4 to 5Garlic chopped
  5. 1 tbspGinger and chilli paste
  6. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  7. to taste Salt vinegar 1tbsp hl
  8. 2 cupFlour
  9. as requiredWater
  10. 1Greeen onions chopped
  11. as neededSoya nuggets shreded

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the shredded vegetables in a bowls

  2. 2

    In a Pan add 1 tbsp oil add garlic and fry add ginger and chilli paste and mix well now add all the shredded veggies and saute it for 5 minutes then add salt vinegar and soya sauce and mix well your stuffing is real.

    Now take flour in a bowl add some salt and 1 tbsp oil and add little little water and make a dough.

    Now make small balls of dough and roll it now add some stuffing and make a shape of momos and in a steamer put all the momos and steam it for 15minutes and serve it with schezwan sauce your momos is ready
