Ingredients

  1. As required veg or non-veg momos
  2. 1chopped green chilli
  3. As requiredOil
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 4 cloveschopped garlic
  6. 2 teaspoonschezwaan sauce
  7. 1 teaspoonred paprika
  8. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  9. 2 teaspooncornflour
  10. As requiredChopped coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan warm some oil. Now, add garlic and green chilli. Now, in a bowl add schezwaan sauce and water and mix. Now, in the pan add 1/2 teaspoon salt and paprika now cook for 3-4 minutes. Now, in a bowl add cornflour and 1 tablespoon water and mix.

    Now, add the cornflour mixture in the pan and cook until it becomes a thick gravy. Cook it fir 2-3 minutes add all the momo pieces. Now, close the pan with a lid. Now, turn off the flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
