Ingredients

  • 375 gbutter
  • 1 1/2 cupssugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonliquid glucose
  • 3 tablespoonwater
  • 1 1/2 cupschopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring sugar, butter, liquid glucose and water to boil.

  2. 2

    Boil till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Test in water to see for hardness.

  4. 4

    Add almonds and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Spread out mixture on to a greased pan.

  6. 6

    Allow to cool.

  7. 7

    Spread melted chocolate.

  8. 8

    Break into pieces.
