Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 45 gfarina or polenta
  2. 400 mlmilk (can be prepared with water as well)
  3. 1protein scoop
  4. 5 gcocoa
  5. 80 gfrozen berries

Steps

  1. 1

    Insert farina/palenta, protein and cocoa into milk/water and cook for 1.5-2 minutes constantly mixing.

  2. 2

    When it starts to get thick, it's done.

  3. 3

    Serve with frozen berries. You can sprinkle a bit of cocoa on top (or your favorite topping).
