  • 1large diced onion
  • 2large sliced carrots
  • 1 tablespoonpowdered royco
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 bunchchopped dania
  • 1medium size of diced sweet pepper
  • Cooking oil

    Fry onions, add royco and mix then add the mixture of beans and maize

    Add hot water enough for soup, add salt and mix then let it boil
