Chicken Changezi

Clean the chicken pieces, drain the water, marinate with lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and curd for 1 hour.

Take a fry pan, pour the marinated chicken and cook to dry it and keep it in a side.

Pour some soya oil, add chopped onion and crushed cashew nuts on it, fry it then add some milk and paste this.

Take another fry pan and pour some soya oil add ginger garlic paste for slightly fry then add tomato paste, fried onion and cashew paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, chat masala and salt on it then cook it slowly and properly and add fresh cream when cooking.

When the whole mix is cooked then add the previously dried chicken and add milk on it and cook it until boil the chicken.

Lastly sprinkle the kasouri methi and fresh coriander leaves on it and the Chicken Changezi is ready to serve.
