  5. Beans
  6. 4 cupspre boiled beans
  7. 1large onion
  8. 3large tomatoes
  9. Salt
  10. Oil
  11. Garlic & Ginger paste

    Peel the potatoes & wash them, boil in a medium sufuria.

    In a sufuria boil the stinging nettle wrapped in pumpkin leaves.

    Set aside to cool, then drain water & blend.
