  • 1large onion
  • 3large tomatoes

  • Oil
  • Garlic & Ginger paste

    Peel the potatoes & wash them, boil in a medium sufuria.

    In a sufuria boil the stinging nettle wrapped in pumpkin leaves.

    Set aside to cool, then drain water & blend.
