Ingredients

  • 1medium sized onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 3tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 cupwater
  • 3 cupspre boiled beans and 'peeled' maize
  • 1 bunchDhania, roughly chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions till transleucent

    Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute

    Add in the tomatoes and let cook to a paste. Add salt and pepper.

    Add in the pre boiled muthokoi plus a cup of water. Cover and let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes
