Soak moong dal overnight.

Next morning drain excess water.

Grind into coarse, moong dal, ginger, green chillies all together.

Add coriander leaves, salt and mix.

Now heat kadahi, add sufficient oil in it. Take spoonful of moong dal batter and deep fry these mangodis.

Fry all like these and serve with mint coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
