Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cuppecans(toasted)
  • 6 tbsbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupbrown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients and parchment paper

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Let boil 3 minutes(test with candy thermometer, should be between 238° to 240°)

  4. 4

    Plop on paper.
