Preheat oven to 200°C.

In a bowl seive maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Keep aside.

In another bowl combine melted butter and powdered sugar.

Add maida mixture and mix well.

Add vanilla essence and chocolate essence and mix well.

Add water and set consistency.

If using muffin tin fill each mould 3/4ths full and baked it preheated oven at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes.

Now ready to serve.
