  1. 2 cupWheat flour -
  2. 1/2 cupSugar -
  3. 1/4 tspCardamom powder -
  4. 2 tbspClarified butter -
  5. 15-20Almonds -
  6. 2 tbspSugar powder -
  7. 2 tbspPoppy seeds -
  8. 1 tspCurd -
  9. as neededClarified butter - for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add wheat flour,sugar,cardamom powder,clarified butter and mix well.

    With the help of little water knead a stiff dough.

  3. 3

    Keep aside for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Divide the dough in to balls.

  5. 5

    Press each ball to disc like thick roth.

  6. 6

    Grease some curd and stick the almonds at the top and sprinkle some poppy seeds.

  7. 7

    Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the roth until brown and crispy.

  8. 8

    Garnish with sugar powder.
