Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.Reduce the flame and allow to simmer.Keep stirring at regular intervals.

Continue to do this till the milk is reduced to less than half of the original quantity. Add sugar and allow to dissolve it in milk.Add the cardamom powder and allow to cool to room temperature.

Add the mango puree and mix well. Keep in a refrigerator to chill. Garnish with the chopped mango.Serve chilled.
