In a pot, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar packet, and gelatin dessert mix.

Gradually add the milk and heavy cream, stirring continuously.

Place the pot on the stove and keep stirring to prevent sticking. When it starts to boil, let it cook for about three minutes, then turn off the heat.

Before it solidifies, pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool. Once cooled, place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

You can garnish the panna cotta as you like, with chocolate, caramel, pureed strawberries, etc.
