Peel your potatoes and wash thoroughly and add salt to taste, in another sufuria add your chopped onions and spices then add in your Mincemeat

Mash your potatoes with some milk and flatten it to the size of your palm and roll them

Dip the katlesi in the egg then dip in flour, and repeat the process one more time, place the katlesi aside to let the flour settle and gently dip in your hot oil, serve when ready
