Cooking Instructions

Mix self-rising flour and sugar in a bowl.

Melt butter in microwave safe measuring cup for about 30 sec.

Add egg to melted butter and wisk gently (make sure butter isn't too hot). Should mix to a nice smooth yellow consistency.

Add milk and butter and egg mixture to flour and mix until no lumps.

Get you griddle pan greased and hot, and pour mixture, about 1/4 cup to form pancake. Continue until all batter is gone.
