Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove,

Add ginger garlic past and cook the 5 - 7 minute add chicken with salt,chili powder, chilli flasks,haldi powder,corianderpowder,chopped tomatoes,garam masala,drie plum,green chilli powder,yogurt,mint,coriander leaves and cover

Cook till meat tender and cook very well.

Boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.

In a pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top

Add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with color,suger put on dum for 15 minutes. now ready to chicken biryani.
