Ingredients

  • Beef
  • 2Maggi seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoonground pepper
  • 1 tablespoonSoy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate beef with maggi, ground coriander, ground pepper, soy sauce and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight

  3. 3

    Soak skewers in water

  4. 4

    Put the meat in the skewers and grill on both sides for 15 minutes
