In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix.add ur butter and rub well until well mixed with the flour.add ur cold water gradually until u form a smooth dough.cover dough and leave to rest for abt 30mins.roll ur dough very flat on a dusted board.cut into circles using a bowl or any round cutter.add the fillings and seal using a fork.deep fry on medium heat.
