Ingredients

16pcs
  • 1 bowlWheat flour
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Quarter cup sugar
  • Halfbeaten egg
  • Halfcup warm milk
  • 1 bowlcooking chocolate
  • Quarter cup dessicated coconut (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough by mixing the dry ingredients first then kneading with the egg first then the warm milk added gradually.leave to rise

    After 1 hour,roll the dough and cut into rounds.If you have a doughnut cutter then that's good,if not,use a tin or glass and a bottle top for middle cut.leave to set.Now fry on medium heat in fresh oil.

    Melt cooking chocolate in microwave for a minute,dip the doughnuts and keep aside. Drizzle dessicated coconut if you like
