Cooking Instructions
- 1
- 2
Cut up the rice paper sheets into small pieces.
- 3
Heat up a small amount of oil. You don’t need a lot. Heat the oil on medium high and toss in a few chips at a time. They will expand quickly, so this shouldn’t take long. My favorite part is watching the rice paper get fluffy!
- 4
The chips are done once they puff. It will take about 15-20 seconds.
- 5
Drain the chips on a paper towel.
You can add spices to these chips or just eat them they way they are. (I sprinkled hidden valley ranch seasoning to mine.)

I wanted to easily make the overseas flavor in Japan, so I made this. All you have to do is mix the beer and the dry ingredients! Please make the consistency to be about the same as pancake mix. To deep-fry them nicely, don't touch them until the batter has hardened. If these points are followed, anyone could easily make this crispy deep-fried fish. Recipe by Frypan pizza cookpad.japan -

Rice Paper Galette Rice Paper Galette
I wanted to think of a new way to use rice paper. The cheese has some saltiness, so I don't add any extra salt. Sprinkle some on the egg if you like. This cooks up quickly, so for best results, don't turn on the heat until Step 2.You can also add some boiled spinach or bacon as a filling.
