Steps
- 1
Boil the chicken along with roughly chopped potatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and little water. Dry out all the water. Let it cool.
- 2
Prepare white sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Add the maida and roast till the raw smell goes away. Add salt, pepper and cold milk/ stock. Keep stirring till the mixture is lump free, smooth and thick. Switch off flame and cool it down.
- 3
Grind the chicken potato mix, green chillies and sweet corn to a coarse paste. Remove in a bowl. Add the white sauce and coriander leaves. Mix well and keep in the fridge for 1 hour. Shape into kebabs. Dip in well beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs and deep fry. Enjoy!
