Preheat oven to 350 degree F,(175 degree C) Greese a 12 cup muffins or line with paper baking cups.

In a bowl whisk melted butter and sugar or using a hand mixer, until fluffy or when the sugar dissolve.

Stir in egg one in a time, blending well after each one. Add the vanilla flavour and flour just until well mixed. Put the batter into prepared pans evenly

Bake in a pre heated oven until the top spring back when lightly pressed. Arrange in a wire rack and allow to cool. Serve with tea of chill drink....
