Ingredients

  • 4 pieceschicken
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonzeera powder
  • 1 teaspoondhania powder
  • 1 table spoonqasoori mathi
  • 2-3 pinchorange food colour
  • 6 tablespoonyogurt
  • 2 table spoonvinager
  • 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 1 table spoonginger paste
  • 1 table spoongarlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonblk papper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all spices and marinate chicken with this mixture for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan add marinated chicken cook for 15 min in medium low cover with lid.

  3. 3

    Then turn chicken another side cook for 15 minute or until tender.serve with onion lenon n cocumber
