Sometimes I get tired of rice and crave pho. Pho rolls are perfect for hot, sunny days and are quick to make.

Boil the pork, then cut it into thin strips.

Fry the tofu until golden, then cut into thin strips.

Make thin omelets with the eggs and a pinch of salt, then slice into strips.

Cut the Vietnamese pork sausage into thin strips.

Cut the cucumber into long thin strips.

Julienne the carrot, then sauté with seasoning until just tender.

Wash the lettuce and cilantro thoroughly and soak in salted water.

Cut the rice noodle sheets into pieces just large enough for rolling. Place all the prepared ingredients inside and roll tightly.

Serve with a dipping sauce made from fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and chili.
