Cooking Instructions

First we soak rice 7to 8 hours wash 2to3 times clean,then drain and dried on cloth nicely, then grind in mixer finely,

Now mix all rice powder, jaggery and knead a soft and smooth dough, cover and keep to rest,we can keep 8days for the rest,then it's very nicely firm,then we make balls,grease hands,pinch small size and roll giving it round shape

Now dust poppy seeds in a plate a the roll back again then flatten it slightly, coat the anarsa with poppy seeds as well

Heat enough ghee in a wok or pan,on low flame now gently slide in to ghee for deep frying untill golden brown and little crispy side on low flame, do not turn anarsa,

Drain out the fried anarsa on kitchen paper to remove excess ghee, serve this delectable and delicious anarsa warm and relish eating
