This simple delicious dal tastes like Dal fry,made from red lentil dal( masoor dal) & yellow moong dal.
Is ideal to serve with parathas and rice at dinner.
Steps

Wash both dals and soak for 30 minutes.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,salt, chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies. Boil over on medium flame till cooked. Add finely chopped tomato.

In small tadka pan add and heat ghee. Do tempering of cummin seeds, curry leaves. Pour this tempering on prepared dal. Boil once and off the flame.

Serve hot Delicious Aro Dal with parathas.
