Stir fried veggie bowtie pasta
This tastes just like fried rice. Yummmm!
Steps

Season the chicken with salt, 1 seasoning cube, 1/2 tbsp of garlic ginger paste and 1/2 tbsp mixed spices. Set aside for 30mins.

Chop the onions and peppers.

Beat the eggs and season with salt.

Put a clean pot on heat then pour in 3 tbsp of cooking oil and the chicken breasts. Stir fry for 2 mins then set aside

Fry the eggs in the same pot. Scramble it and set aside

Add a spoon of oil in the same pot(if necessary) and pour in the chopped veggies. Season with salt and a stock cube. Stir fry and set aside.

Pour in the chopped onions and peppers and the garlic ginger paste. Fry for 1 minute then pour in the sweet chilli sauce, dark soy sauce and the oyster sauce.

Add the spices and cover. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes on low heat.

Increase the heat and add 1 cup of water. Once it starts to boil, pour in the pasta.

Cook for 5 minutes then add the chicken and scrambled eggs. Cover and allow to cook for another 5-10 mins till pasta is al dente.

Pour in the stir fried veggies. Pour in the blended sesame seed oil stir and set aside.
