  • 6big potatoes
  • 1/2 tsptumeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcurry powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Some dried rosemary
  • 2 tspvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Chop the potatoes into wegdes and wash well

    Add the paprika, tumeric, chilli, black pepper, salt curry powder, dried rosemary leaves and oil

    Mix them till well mixed

    Grease the baking pan and add the potatoes.

    Bake for 30-40mins at 200degrees

    Serve with cold juice
