Preheat oven to 180 degrees,butter a 8 inch pan,line with parchment.

Weigh n measure your ingredients

In a bowl whisk the eggs along with the milk and vanilla

In another bowl mix flour with baking,salt and sugar and whisk with or a hand mixer for 30 sec
- 5
Add the margarine to the dry ingredients together with half of the egg mixture, mix until the dry ingredients moisten.

Add the remaining egg mixture in two additions beating well after each addition until well incorporated and smooth batter

Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 55-65 mins. Rotate your pan halfway through baking. The cake will crack at the center ( if you find the cake browning too much cover with a piece of lightly bettered foil.

Cool in a pan for 10 mins then remove from pan
