Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  3. 1/4 tbsp coriander leaves
  4. 2-3green chillies
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 2small pieces of cinnamon
  8. 2-3cloves
  9. 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  10. as requiredSalt
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1Carrot
  13. 1Capsicum
  14. as requiredFrozen peas
  15. fewCashews
  16. 1 cupPotatoes or veggies of your choice
  17. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  18. 1/4 tspfennel seeds crushed
  19. 1/4 tspcaraway seeds
  20. to tasteLemon juice
  21. as requiredGrated cheese for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and soak in water

  2. 2

    Wash coriander leaves, mint leaves nicely. And grind it with green chillies and ginger you can also add garlic if you like.

    Chopped all the veggies in dice

  4. 4

    Heat ghee in kadhai add caraway seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves in it.

    Add all the veggies and saute it, add mint paste in it now saute it together,add salt and turmeric,garam masala in it.

    Add 3 - 3 1/2 cups water in it when water started boiling add soaked rice in it. And cover it let it cook. Add fennel seeds mix it and again cook it. Add lemon juice

    Serve hot with cucumber or onion raita
