Ak bowl ma chicken daal kar red chili powder, salt, tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, red colour, vinegar or oil laga kar chicken ko mix kar lay.

Pan ma marinate kia huwa chicken daal kar 20 minutes kay liye low flame par pak nay kay liye chor daay.

20 minutes kay baad coal ki smoke daay daay.

Ak pan ma ghee daal kar chopped onion ko brown kar lay

Brown hunay par tomatoes chopped daal kar bhon lay

Biryani masala add kar daay ye optional hia ap ghar kay masalay bhi add kar sakty hia.

Masala bhon janay par dahi daal kar 2 minute bhon lay.

Oil upar anay par tikkay add kar daay. Tikka masala ready hia.

INGREDIENTS FOR RICE..... third step... prepare all ingredients.

Ak patili mein pani daal kar Biol hu nay par rakh daay. Biol hu jaya tu Chawal daal kar paka lay jab ak kani rah jaya tu Chawal chaan lay.

Ak patili ma phalay chawalo ki taah lagay phir tikka masala daal kay phir chawalo ki taah laga daay. Milk ma yellow food colour dissolve kar kay chawalo ki taah par daal daay.

Phir biryani essence daal daay

Hari mirchay daal kar daam par rakh daay. 15 minutes kay liye daam par rakh daay. Low flame par.

Daam Kholay par biryani tayar hia.

Riatay or salad kay sath serve kary.
