Peel your yam and cut it into desired shape.

Wash it.

In a pot, pour the peeled yam and water,add a pinch of salt and allow it to boiled for about 15 minutes.

When the yam is boiled then you drained it.

Break and whisk the eggs in a bowl, cut the onion, and pour the boiled yam inside.

Put your pan on fire,pour oil and onion inside and allows it to be hot.

Then you start frying, allows it to turn to golden brown both side, then you remove it.
