Grind biscuits in grinder and make fine powder. Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and mix well. Add milk little by little and knead into dough form.

In a bowl take dessicated coconut, butter and powdered sugar. Mix well.

Take a plastic sheet. Apply butter over it. Roll out thick roti from the biscuit dough. Make square or rectangular shape if possible. Apply dessicated coconut mixture over it.

Now fold this from the one edge to other edge and make a roll. Do gently and carefully. Put this roll into fridge for atleast 2-3 hours. Then cut into pieces. Enjoy.
