Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and cut them into thin layers

  2. 2

    Wash it and add salt, spices, seasonings, a little oil, Scot ch bonnet and onions and mix well.

  3. 3

    Preheat your oven and spread them on oven rack and bake till crispy.
