Onion omelette

I find red onions especially flavorful mostly when making omelettes. Seasoning the onions adds nicely to the overal flavor. Simple and so yummy!

Steps
- 1
In a small bowl, crack open and whisk the eggs until well mixed
- 2
Thinly slice your onions
- 3
In a frying pan, over medium heat, slightly heat up the oil.
- 4
Add onions to the oil, sauté until they start to turn pink, add salt and pepper to taste then mix
- 5
Add in your beaten eggs, let cook to your liking, I like my eggs well cooked. About a minute, flip and let cook another minute.
- 6
Plate your omelette, garnish as desired and enjoy.
