2 cupParimal rice
1.5 cupmoong chilka
1chopped onion
1chopped carrot
1chopped capsicum
to tasteSalt
as neededGhee
1 teaspoonjeera
1pinchHing /asafoetida
1.5 teaspoonturmeric powder
1.5 teaspoonred chilli powder

Soak rice and dal for 2 hours

In cooker put ghee, jeera hing add chopped onion saute till golden brown

Add chopped veggies mix well add all spices
4

Put the strained dal and rice add 4 cup of water and give 4 whistle
5

Take out whistle and serve with chutney dahi and launji
