  2. 2 tbspwhipped cream
  3. 3 tbspIcing sugar
  4. 1 dropliquid color
  5. 1 tbspmarmalade
  6. glaze
  7. 1 tspgrated white chocolate (for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim the cake to a cuboid shape. cut into thick slices

    Mix the whipped cream with the icing sugar and desired food color

    Spread the marmalade on oneslice of the cake, spread the colored cream on the other

    Stack them

    Spread the whipped cream all round and chill

    Place on a rack with an underliner

    Pour the glaze to create a mirror effect. Garnish and serve.
