Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked beans
  2. 1large Onion
  3. 2large grated tomatoes
  4. Turmeric powder
  5. Cooking oil
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

25-30minutes
  1. 1

    Dice the onions,then put them in a sufuria.

  2. 2

    Add oil and fry till brown.

    Add the grated tomatoes and cook till soft.

    Add turmeric and salt,mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the beans in the mixture and stir well.

  6. 6

    Add 3/4 cup of beans water that's set aside when boiling the beans.

    Let it cook at low heat till the mixture is thick.

  8. 8

    Serve with chapatis.
