Steps

Cube chicken and cook with spices (salt, dhanya, jeera, chilli powder, ginger garlic). Then pour in water, coconut water, maziena and Chana flour and leave to boil for 15-20 minutes.

Make khachumbar by slicing all ingredients (onion, chillies, dhania) and mixing with salt and vinegar to taste

Fry cut up purr.

Mix methi masala, tomato sauce and vinegar to make a methi chutney.

Cook spaghetti.

Assemble in bowl: spaghetti - soup - khachumbar - methi masala - fried purr. Mix and eat.
