Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ltrmilk
  2. 1/2 cupMilk powder and sugar
  3. 2 pinchesphitakari(alum)
  4. 3/4 tsprose water
  5. 1/2 cupghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add milk,milk powder and sugar.Then add 2 pinches phitakari stir it till the quantity reduces then at the end add rose water and ghee.. Gulab halwa Is ready garnish it with rose petals.
