Mini idli fry
I have used only rice , without urad dal for idli.
Cooking Instructions

Soak to rice for 6-8hr grind with water.the batter should be thick add salt.make idli as usual.

Heat oil in kadai add steamed idli.saute add salt and red chilli powder, you can add tomatoes sauce,or chop tomatoes,onion, kotmir.i kept it simple to have with chutney.
