  • 3ripe tomatoes blended
  • 1onion diced
  • 2 tbsporegano
  • 1 tspmixed herbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbscornstarch +water
  • PinchBlack pepper

Steps

    Add blended tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add herbs and salt plus black pepper. Wait for the liquid to reduce as it simmer.

    Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
