Yummy yummy yum yum even my kids that don't like swallow absolutely loved this one. Okra is a seasonal food so another way of preserving it is by drying it and pulverising it. So you can enjoy when it's out of season.

In a pot add water and washed locust beans into it and place on medium heat when it boils add your dried okra powder little at a time and whisk vigorously to avoid lumps.

When the consistency is OK for you add your seasoning cubes and salt to taste. If its too thick add more water and whisk it up again allow for 5min on medium heat and its ready to serve. With stew and swallow of choice.enjoy
